The Art of Trust
The Shizuku
Experience
Omakase is a Japanese phrase that means "I'll leave it up to you", and is used most commonly in Japanese sushi restaurants where guests entrust the chef with the responsibility of selecting and serving seasonal specialties.
Shizuku means "water droplet". Like water nourishes the earth, we seek to nourish our esteemed guests both in food and through our passion for the culinary arts. We aim to redefine Japanese dining and elevate omotenashi - Japanese hospitality - to the next level.
