At Shizuku, we take pride in offering the best seasonal ingredients to our guests and strive for an unforgettable dining experience. We source a wide range of wild-caught fish directly from Japan.

Please allow for 2-2.5 hours for the full dining experience. We kindly ask all guests to arrive on time. If arriving more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that the full course can be served.

We offer 2 menu options, one at $195 per guest and one at $280 per guest. The whole party must have the same menu. A deposit of $100 per guest is required when making reservations which will be deducted from the final bill at the end of the dinner. Prices are subject to change without notice. 

 Corkage is available at $55 per 720mL bottle.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) Policy

Corkage Fee Waiver

If you choose to bring your own bottle of wine/sake, we are pleased to offer a corkage fee waiver when you also purchase a bottle from our wine selection. We want you to enjoy your precious bottle while also experiencing the curated offerings from our extensive wine list.

To ensure all of our guests have a pleasant dining experience, we kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing strong perfume/cologne. We also ask that phones are switched to silent while inside the restaurant. Children above the age of 10 are welcome for regular reservations and will be charged the full omakase menu price; children of all ages are welcome for private parties.

An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to parties of 5 or larger or any private bookings.

For Parties Less Than 4

Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to reservation will result in a charge of $100 per guest.

For Parties Of 4 Or More

Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to reservation will result in a charge of $100 per guest.

For Private Parties

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to reservation will result in a charge of $100 per guest.

Last Minute Cancellation 

A charge will apply for last-minute cancellations. Deposits for last-minute cancellations are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, Shizuku accommodate ONE rescheduling request. However, cancellations for rescheduled reservations cannot be refunded.

Same-day cancellations

Shizuku reserves the right to make the final decision. Guests who do not show up for their reservation or cancel on the same day may be charged the full cost of the course per person, plus applicable taxes.

Please note that ALL cancellations incur a 5% transaction fee, 

deposits can only be partially refunded.
